5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy & well-made
Very impressed, fits my Tesla model Y perfectly and keeps my two boisterous Labrador’s safe in the back. The fittings are well constructed and I can see this lasting for years. Excellent 👍

5.0 out of 5 stars Just the job
Easy to install
I’ve been able to extend it to fit my Ford Focus Estate, and it seems pretty sturdy which is good because I have a Springer Spaniel that climb’s around looking out of the window’s “singing”
No bars up to the roof of the car that constantly come undone and make the dog guard fall down! So I’m really pleased with it

4.0 out of 5 stars Does the trick and fits Skoda Octavia Combi after minor modifications.
The guard is a bit fiddly to install and it was helpful to have a 2nd person to hold in place while attaching the extension and holders. Had to saw off a small corner of the extenders to fit the shape of the car around the side windows to make it fit more snug. So far it kept our „Houdini“ in the back of the car successfully..

4.0 out of 5 stars Good fit in Ford Kuga
Fits well into my Ford Kuga 2017. A bit fiddly to install on my own so would recommend another person to hold the mesh steady while you’re tightening the fixtures. Seems to be fairly sturdy and good value for the price.

3.0 out of 5 stars didnt hold back a lurcher
I painstakingly fitted this to my mother in laws new kia sportage, the brackets that fix round the headrest stems are very weak and the instructions say done overtighten, well if you cant tighten them up then the dogs likely to find his way out. True enough, 1 week after fitting the guard, the dog pulled it out, the brackets seem to remain intact but weakened. Suffice to say it is not effective on a larger stronger dog. It would be better with metal fixing brackets. The shape is not perfect and despite an hours of fitting and fiddling in various shapes it left gaps at the top corners that exposed the roof-mounted seat belts, not ideal if you dog likes them

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to install and adjust to fit.
able to set up quickly and easily. Can adjust to fit space without issue. Used in a mazda 2 – fit no problem. Sturdy enough to prevent energetic dog from moving/damaging – dog has adjusted to it now. Reasonable visibility through the bars. Overall delivers as expected.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fittings are of poor quality
Although the guard itself is of good quality, the fittings/attahcments that come with it are of poor quality. I ended up having to use cable ties to hold the guard in place as the provided fittings just didn’t secure properly and were of poor manufacture.
Cant send back as I need the guard but if you can afford a different quality product, I’d advise it. Shame. it had potential…

5.0 out of 5 stars Good value.
Good product. It is a little fiddley to get in to place if your doing it on your own. Keeps my three boisterous Labradors in the back with no trouble. Fits my 2019 Kia Sorento perfectly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good product
Can be a little fiddly to put in but of course each car is different …. we used cable ties in the end and it worked fine

4.0 out of 5 stars Suzuki Ignis
Bought this for my 70-reg Suzuki Ignis. Good fit, didn’t need the extra panels. Can be used with the back seats pulled fully forward or pushed right back.
Given it’s only hooked onto the head rests though, this isn’t the sturdiness of dog guards, but it will act as a deterrent for my dog jumping over whilst we’re in the car. However the gap all the way around, together with the lack of sturdiness means if I get out of the car with the dog remaining inside, he’s likely to try to wriggle around it, and I suspect will get through the gap.
If *absolute* security is a must, this isn’t the dog guard for you.
Instructions were a bit weak, but we got there. Ideally it’s a two-person job to fit it, as it can be fiddly. It took us 10 mins.
I like it for the price, and is perfect for a well behaved dog that’s likely to respect the dog guard as a deterrent.
