Love how robust and well made this cage is. Great fit in my Honda HRV boot. Sliding door gives extra control with our enthusiastic youngsters when getting them out. The top emergency exit door gives great peace of mind. The dogs were so happy with the new cage that at one point we had 2 Springers and a Cocker all sitting in it!
The lightly padded washable cage mat is a nice touch but I will add a thicker memory foam pad underneath for additional comfort – spoilt dogs in our house 😉

Bought this cage to travel to Cornwal and use for our Dalmatian whilst away. Her normal cage is too deep to fit in the boot width way’s. Spent a lot of time looking for options and this seems to be best as colapses down small enough to lay flat and have the dog on top (fine as we have a dog guard too). As you can see it hits the top pillars on the roof so would put some material there to stop it scratching them as it has done in mine. Won’t use it put together in the car so not a problem for me. The sliding door is a bonus too as you can open and close with it in the boot. Could make it work I think (possibly by removing the boot liner) but no need in this case. When up it gives enough space for the dog to lay, sit & stand so is good for our holiday.

Really great cage but it needs a solid tray in bottom or tons of bedding so a dog doesn’t feel the wire !
