Great hang time
I’ll start by saying I really like this. Our Cockapoo is still young so loses track of toys thrown too high. But this is brilliant you can throw it relatively low down (compared to a ball or fake stick toy) and it will fly a long way. I’d say 15-20m from hip height. So it’s fantastic for chasing. It’s very sturdy feeling too. No teeth marks in it yet.

For the dogs
This has quickly became the dogs new favourite toy, although the cocker spaniel, if left alone with it, will chew it and bits do come off it so we only play with it when we are outside and the dogs are supervised.

Sturdy easy to see dog lives it
Second one of these we’ve had. First one accidentally rolled into the sea and dog was as unwilling to dive under the icy water to retrieve it as we were.

Great frisbee and dog loves it
My dog is not a fan of chasing a ball, but loves the frisbee. I’m surprised how well it actually flies, and although it’s perhaps heavier than your standard frisbee is still quite light I thought.
It’s well made and should last a long time. My dog is quite a chewer and destroys most things. I don’t leave him with the frisbee because he probably would, but just for out and about playing, which always involves my dog running around with it in his mouth (so a certain amount of chewing) the frisbee is completely undamaged.
Very pleased with this purchase!

Good sturdy product but on expensive side
Bought this to replace a very similar item I bought from pets@home which is no longer available. My dog list it in the sea.
Very similar products but the previous one was £3.50 so this Nerf one is expensive.
Woukd buy a again if the price was more reasonable.
It is a sturdy product and my dog has enjoyed a lot of fun time with it.

Not up to the usual Nerf quality
This is no good for a large German Shepherd that likes to tug the frisbee. Technically it may be made from rubber but it is not like any rubber that I have known but more like a stiff nylon or vinyl. Pets at home used to sell one that looked like this and was made of normal tough rubber which did allow it to stretch so was good for tugging as well. Unfortunately they seem to have discontinued it.
If you tug on the Nerf frisbee you will hurt your hand as it is not very pliable and due to its hardness the dog’s teeth will soon puncture it rather like using a hole punch. Genuine tough rubber tends to deform under pressure and then return to shape. Perhaps a small dog with false teeth would find this useful but not a large dog that like serious play.

Disappointing
I had a blue nerf frisbee from Lidl. Unfortunately this one is not quite as good. This one is more plastic than rubber as the blue one was.
Chewed chunks off before first throw.

Great quality and sturdiness. Not for small dogs.
Flew well too. Unfortunately, it was too wide for my dog to get a good hold of so I had to return it. Would recommend for medium sized dogs (maybe a Border Collie size) and up.

Excellent dog frisbee.
Great dog frisbee, great flyer. Sturdy but flexible so withstands a chew. Bit pricey for a dog frisbee probably because it’s Nerf but cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else I found.

2.0 out of 5 stars Caused our dog to bleed
We are not happy with this frisbee. I am surprised to see it described as “rubber” as it seems more like hard plastic. Be careful not to hit anything (including the dog) with this frisbee as it will hurt. When the dog will inevitably bite it, and probably give a little chew. This hard plastic ends up with very sharp edges and points and cut into the dogs gums. You may as well buy a regular frisbee. We thought this would be like our existing RUBBER frisbee (obvs not this product) that is soft and does not change shape when bitten, sadly not.
