How long can I keep a tin open for?

We recommend that leftover wet food should be placed in a clean plastic or glass container, covered and stored in the fridge for no more than 48 hours.

Dry vs Wet

There are different benefits to both wet and dry food. Our wet and dry recipes are nutritionally complete which means they contain all the nutrients your dog needs to be happy and healthy.

What's different about Lily's Kitchen Pet Food?

We believe that all pets deserve proper food, so they can live their best lives. That’s why we make food packed full of proper meat and vibrant veg, that’s naturally wholesome and nutritious. Best of all it tastes incredible.

Who has given Lily's Kitchen the paw of approval?

Our vet-approved recipes are developed with pet nutritionists before we conduct tasting trials with our own Lily's Kitchen pets and from approved catteries and kennels. This is done to assess palatability, a bit like a restaurant review!

How do I introduce my pet to Lily's Kitchen Food?

We recommend that when introducing a new diet you do so gradually over around 5-7 days. This is so your pet’s digestive system can become accustomed to the new diet.

Expensive, but my 2 dogs won’t eat anything else now

    My dog likes it
My dog likes it . Eats it all so no waist and the 150g tins is a good size for her

    My Boy Loves Them All
To make these go a bit further I tend to add half a tray to my boy’s dry food.
He will occasionally leave his dry food there all day but if I add Lily’s, he wolf’s the whole lot down in no time.

It doesn’t smell as bad as some other dog foods, which is a bonus for me.

    Brilliant
This is the third time I’ve bought Lilys kitchen for my Boxer and she absolutely loves them, clears her bowl every time, definitely notice the quality in the tins of food and we’ve also noticed a difference in her, she’s a lot livelier, happier, less itchy and more content in herself. Slightly more expensive than your usual brands but the quality is evident and she loves them, one happy pooch here and two happy owners….Thank you so much!!!

High quality food but quite fatty.
I like that this is a high quality food and smells gorgeous and dog loves most of the varieties. She likes fish but wont touch the Fishy Fish Pie variety however.I think this is because the smell is quite overpowering.I myself find it a bit overpowering myself so im sure my dog finds it overpowering ten fold.I find that thete is quite a lot of animal fat(lard)in the food so maybe not suitable for inactive or elderly dogs.I keep the opened can in a tub in the fridge and the fat hardens so sometimes i can pick some of the lard out of the food. Its a bit disappointing as i really rate this food for its high quality ingredients and aromatic smell.I use it to mix a small amount with Lilys Kitchen dry food so maybe my dof isnt getting too much fat…not sure.Considering what ive found with the fat im now on the fence as to whether it is value for money or not but if your dog is a working or active dog this is probably ideal and nourishing for him or her.

    Happy pup – average value
My dog certainly loves this, but it’s not cheap so is a bit of a treat meal for him as given the cost of living crisis the price is steep but the quality is certainly there hence 4/5 #

    Winnie the Woofah loves it!
My fussy dog usually turns her nose up but she (so far) loves Lily’s Kitchen so thank you from a very relieved servant.
