Although it was initially a bit stiff, I used a bit of Wren’s leather lotion and a bit of manipulation to soften the fastener part. Once that was done, it’s been a really good collar. The Greyhound seems to find it comfortable. It’s very well made and looks durable. For the price, it’s a very good collar and excellent value.
