Bought this 1 July 2019, and it still looks brand new, it is so easy to attatch, I have indoor collars and outdoor collars, Just slipping it over his head and off we go, while on a leash he does not pull, I think the slow tightening effect of the collar has helped with this.
I would buy this again but…. It is made so well, I wont have to.

This is a substantial collar but for me I think the chain is a little too heavy. It would be helpful to have had max – min sizes for choice of collar instead of just max – made it difficult to choose the size for my still growing German Shepherd. I bought the 24inch which is still a little bit but he will grow into it. Another thing which would much improve this collar would be the addition of a metal ring to hang a (now legally required) name/details tag on. If you hang it on the chain attachment loop its likely to get worn off. Aside from that it does seem to be a well made collar at a reasonable price.

The shape and size is perfect for our little dobbie, the leather seems of good quality, however it’s being let down by the chain. It looks cheap and has already came oxidated(yes, stainless steel does oxidate), drakened like the cutlery gets after a while. Weird, as the buckle is nice and shiny. We’re keeping it as our little boy will soon outgrow it and will be investing in a more expensive one, but for £30 you get what you pay for.

Mastiff/Dobermann and a real strong dogs…..The collar arrived very quickly even in these hard time when the deliveries are taking a while. What a wonderful collar it is, very well made with good thick leather and very good stitching. I think these collars are much padded and kinder for a dog rather than using a chain link choke collar. I liked the collar so much that I bought a second one with different color for my Labrador. These collars look and feel that they will last a lifetime. Needless to say I am very pleased with my purchase and I am sure my dogs appreciate love them as well. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any dog owner these Ace Dog Collars . I believe these collars to be the best of the best I have seen so far

I found this collar very strong does a great job for a strong dog very nice looking collar too.
The only downfall is I can’t use anymore as it leaves my white dogs fur grey/black off the chain.
But all in all great collar

The stitching came apart bought on 29th Janauary 2021 & just fell off yesterday (26/05/2021) when I took dog out yesterday – thankfully he didn’t run off. It should be stronger and I would expect it to last years not 4 months. Let’s hope it was just a faulty one and let’s see how we go with the replacement – it’s a nice collar so fingers crossed.

Bought this for my German Shepherd, the stated sizing is accurate, which isn’t always the case with these type of things.
It was clear from the moment I received this that it is a quality item, it’s got a good weight to it and the new leather smell is persisting even after a couple of months of constant wear which is always a good sign for leather.
The outer leather is quite stiff (but still pliable) in a way that you know it’s going to last for many years. The inner purple leather is soft and gives the collar a quite an distinguished understated style.
I don’t think I’ll be buying another collar in a hurry.
