Sturdy Bought this as an extra “travel” crate. Frame is very sturdy and was straightforward to put up. One side doesn’t feel like it’s in fully though! It’s useful having a front and top opening. Tried the pup in it and he immediately started scratching at the netting so don’t know how long that’ll last. Left it open and he went in himself for a sleep. Overall for the money I think it’s a good buy.

Pet carrier Bought this carrier for my small dog. The carrier is lovely but unfortunately after collapsing a couple of times a bit broke off the plastic part that covers the bar. Hugglepets were so quick to answer my emails and changed the carrier after sending them a picture of the problem. They then sent out a replacement immediately.

Perfect size for my Jack Russell I have looked at quite a few dog carriers and the small ones always looked so big, this is perfect for my dog as she is a small JR terrier

Perfect travel crate Very easy to set up, our 15 week English pointer puppy will be able to use it hopefully til about 8 months old as she found a small gap through from rear guarded hatch back on to back seats she is very good in the crate and travels well has not damaged it in any way, but I dont think she has tried chewing it yet it’s used every day. Ideal for dog or cat . We knew she would outgrow it but it was only intended as a short term fix.

Very good value This is a quality product. Easy to assemble except I found the ‘struts’ very stiff to connect. My cavalier managed to push the zip open. I had the zip fastenings at the bottom of the crate but I think if I put them to the top she would not have managed to work the zip open.

Lightweight and roomy. This is the second one I’ve bought for my now two year old cockerpoo. Still use the first one in my husband’s car, second one for my car. Light weight and roomy enough for our boy to settle down to sleep. I leave the top open so he can stand up and look all around when he wants to. He is always happy to get in. Happy all round.

The only way my dog likes to travel I have a extremely nervous dog when it comes to being in the car. This dog carrier has made journeys so much easier as she now so calm in the car. Our dog is a large Yorkshire Terrier and the Medium sized crate gives her plenty of room to move around in but still keep her safe.

Very good value soft dog crate I bought the XL for a growing border collie pup. He is currently in the L (that I bought previously for my smaller dog) but at 12 weeks, needs more room. I only use this crate overnight (next to my bed) or previously (with my other dog) when travelling, so it will be big enough for my tired puppy to sleep in in these instances. I would not leave him in it during the day as even the XL would be too small, plus I don’t think soft crates are designed for that – my pup is starting his chewing stage and although has not chewed his existing soft crate, the soft ‘mesh’ sides are not designed to withstand puppy teeth for long. Luckily my pup knows this is his bed and happily goes in and immediately goes to sleep – I think he like that he can see through the mesh so has never been unhappy to be in there. The soft bed you get with the crate is not really padded, so Would recommend a soft crate bed to go into it for added comfort. Overall great value and the additional openings I’m sure will be useful (although I just use the one on the short side). The only thing I’d add, is that if you are going to leave the door ‘flap’ open, its best tucked away as it wouldn’t take much for a pup to chew the zip!
