I didn’t realise you could not break these up which I thought might be a bit awkward as we normally give tablets in a cocktail sausage as one of my dogs is very fussy and will normally spit out any tablets he finds, however, despite the large size he wolfed it down in his food. Was also awkward as I usually break down a tablet for my miniature Yorkie but not able to do that so had to get some different wormer for her. I have usually used Drontal which I couldn’t seem to get and that is much more user friendly.

My dog woofed the tablets down.
The box contains 4 tablets. One for every 10Kg of dog weight. Luckily my dog is about 20Kg!
It is recommended that the tablets are given in the morning with 1/5th of their daily food and then feed the dog the balance over 8 hours later. My dog thought I was mistreating her! Still, it’s only for one day.
No problems with my dog just taking the tablets from her bowl. She is totally food driven and to be fair if it’s in her bowl she eats it, usually. No problem either with her taking the worming tablets along with her other tablets.
Will I use again? I’ve got 2 tablets left and I’ve scheduled when my dog gets them, so, yes. I will use again.

After reading the “how to use” instructions I decided to pay over the odds at the vet for a tablet that can simply be given with food.
