The ramp is cumbersome and the surface albeit ribbed was too difficult for the dog to grip, this was overcome by glueing carpet to the surface. The ramp is fairly heavy.

As it’s plastic it’s far too slippy for dogs to walk up so not fit for purpose. I want to return it but this will cost £10 which is not refundable so be aware if you are considering buying this item
