This is smaller than expected but my mistake
My mistake I ordered the wrong size! Small and handy if you have just one little dog but not enough for two Jack Russells. Would buy again but next time the bigger size 😉

These are good for the money paid
I bought these as my cats were constantly playing (kicking over their water bowl) and I was having to top up their dry food 2 or 3 times per day. There are no instructions beyond putting on the feet and placing clear glass top into the base. If you’re using them as water bowls – good luck. I got wet so much the first time of filling up with water. Once I got the knack though, it was fine. The dry food doesn’t gravitate down as easily as you would think but it does the job for the money paid. I tend to tease the dry food down by scooping the food away from the bottom of the dispenser opening and then it gravitates down. I’m only topping up their dry food every 2 days now and they haven’t once knocked the water bowl over since using this – result!

Perfect
This small water bowl is perfect for a small dog.
I own a chihuahua and it is the perfect size, but if I had a bigger dog, it wouldn’t be ideal.
I highly reccomend this bowl.
* Ideal for small dogs
* Has measurements on the side of how much water it holds
* Shallow
* Dog used it straight away

Very small
Bought this for my miniature jack Russell. It was much smaller than I anticipated. So if it was for a bigger 🐕 I would have had to return it.

A lot smaller than the pictures make them look!
The media could not be loaded. So I’ve got wild Hedgehogs that come to my garden to nest and feed. I’d originally made a feeding station out of a water butt stand that I cut a doorway into. It works well to keep them secluded, keeps the food dry and stops cats eating the food before they get a chance. The problem I found is that they are a bit clumsy and constantly knock over their food bowl onto the floor and make a right mess…. So something new was needed.
I started researching different bowls and came across the gravity feeders and saw this one which was a lot cheaper than others which are currently going anywhere from £25 up to close to £40, so this seemed a bargain!
I decided to give these ago and don’t get me wrong, they’re perfect for what I need, but for anyone looking for this for their pets bigger than a hedgehog then they are very small.
The video in the listing makes them look huge and is obviously a bigger size than is currently offered.
Yes there are measurements on the photos but I wasn’t going to draw out a floor plan or make a mock version to check for physical size and went more from the images, and some seen to have been edited.
So unless you’re looking to feed a Teacup sized dog or other small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs or in my case Hedgehogs…. Then I’d say give them a miss.
If you are looking for something for a smaller pet then let’s continue…
They do seem well made and pretty solid. They come with 4 silicone feet that you will have to attach to the bottom which will help to stop it from sliding across the floor if you have tiles or laminate.
There are 2 options, 1 for water which has 2 small slits at the front and another large opening for biscuits.
I bought 2, 1 for water and 1 for biscuits as the Pogs get thirsty munching biscuits.
Then you just fill the container up, put the base on in an upside down position and then turn it over.
For the money I can’t complain and they are perfect for what I need but if I had got these for a cat or a dog then I don’t think I would have been very impressed. That being said, they would still work well if you’re just looking to dispense water.
It’s a 3 star from me but that’s purely based on the advertised images seem a little misleading.

Works well
Went with the large to give my rabbit as a water bottle as he doesn’t like drinking out of a normal bottle, other brands didn’t work and were returned.
This one doesn’t leak, is big so can offer a couple of days drinking water from a normal type bowl

It Works
I bought the small version for my cats dry food. The cat has to work a little to make the food drop down. She has no trouble using a paw for this, and it adds interest.
The feeder, when full, has to be picked up by the base, or the top comes off and the food spills.

Great but there are potential issues
As a water bowl looks excellent and works as intended; however, if your cat likes/hates bubbles in the water, they may try to attack it and cause a significant spill (like ours). So we are not able to continue using it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good water dispenser for cat
I bought the 0.6L sized one for our very poorly 19 yr old cat. He’s now in palliative care and has renal and kidney failure now, bless him. I wanted to get him a dispenser as he’s drinking a lot of water now due to the kidney issues he’s having. This enables him to have access to fresher water and plenty of it (more than will fit in a bowl). Each dispenser will either dispense dry kibbles or water. You just twist the clear plastic dispenser to different slots and slits in the base to allow for either liquid being dispensed or cat crunchies. The bowl on this 0.6L one is quite small, but plenty big enough for a cats head or ideal for a kitten. It’s a little tricky mastering this for the first time, but in a couple of minutes I got the gist. The instructions were pretty good too. There’s a knack to it with water, but i suggest doing the whole filling and locking it in process over the sink! You fill the clear tank with water. Attach the bowl on top, so the whole dispenser is upside down in your hands. You line up the two slits in the cylinder with the bowl, which allows the water to flow into the bowl. Once its all clicked in securely (and still over the sink) turn the whole dispenser up the right way holding on to cylinder and bowl. The bowl instantly starts to fill with water from the chamber. The water chamber instantly looses 1/3 of the water into the bowl. Because of the way you have to fill it, you can never have a chamber full of water and a full bowl of water at the same time. You instantly loose 1/3 of the water into the bowl…..which is fine, but worth mentioning I feel. It’s a great little dispenser. A dog or bigger animal than a cat would definitely need a bigger sized one.

5.0 out of 5 stars 1.5L perfect for bunnies!
I was looking for a new water feeder as the one the cat has (that I used for all pets) is pretty damn big and has some hard to clean bits I really don’t like. This one caught my eye due to the simple design and affordability, but I was concerned by the size. Don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty small, but the 1.5L is perfect for my two small rabbits who have pretty much abandoned their regular water bowl in favour of this one.
It’s easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to work out, and it’s compact. Plus, it easily lasts them 3-4 days without getting super dirty in between (which is really down to the rabbits, not the dispenser!)
An added bonus is that due to the compact and slight slope to the bowl, it stops my lops’ ears getting wet (:

1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t like
I don’t like this product, the cat can not get food when tray empty it gets stuck and many a time it’s came apart and food gone everywhere. Might aswell buy normal bowl. Do not recommend at. All

5.0 out of 5 stars Great buy
Works well, easy to clean and fill with water, although advisable to do so over the sink.

2.0 out of 5 stars Didn’t work
I have a water one which works well, so bought this, but once my cat eats all the biscuits the rest won’t fall into the bowl unless shaken so not good for dry food

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for when we are away
I use a smaller water on all the time, which is easier to use. I also have a larger one for biscuits for where we are away For the weekend, which does the job perfectly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for trips away when we’re using a cat sitter
Our cat normally drinks out of the dog’s water bowl, his preferred vessel of choice, however if we go away for a long weekend and have a cat sitter pop around then this is a great piece of mind as even if the cat sitter forgot to refresh it one day.. it will last the whole weekend and longer!

4.0 out of 5 stars 1.5 litre ideal for dry cat food
Easy to use, I found that it does need to lean forward a bit to let large dry cat food pieces drop down, so I put a small block of wood under the back. The 1.5litre gives about a weeks worth of food for one cat
